—Who will be here—
“More of the good, less of the bad.” That’s the motto upon which Underground Springhouse have built their sound and style. Exploring reggae, country, and funk influences within a rock ‘n roll context, Springhouse has crafted a genre-bending catalog that takes listeners from beaches to back roads with ear-worm hooks and head-bobbing grooves.
Members Charlie Haas (guitar/vocals), Jackson Thompson (bass/vocals), Max Motley (keyboard/vocals) & Mitch Davidson (guitar/vocals) met in Athens, Georgia while students at the University of Georgia. Underground Springhouse is a product of Athens’ renowned music scene, slowly evolving as the group grew from a dorm room project into the polished outfit they are today.

Mooney Mountain Guides
Alex Teixeira grew up skiing and exploring the wild places of New England. These early explorations led Alex to rock climbing, mountaineering and backcountry skiing and from there into guiding. Alex began guiding professionally in 2007 in an effort to combine his passion for climbing and teaching. In 2014 Alex took over as owner of Mooney Mountain Guides from his mentor and friend Art Mooney, providing the opportunity for sharing his passion for the mountains into his life’s work. Between Alex, and the women’s program coordinator Laurie Watt, their passion is to provide opportunities for beginner climbers to excel. Join Mooney Mountain Guides Alex and Laurie during our Rocktober Rumney Rendezvous for a multitude of different programs!
