Nature Therapy Walk: Identification + Meditation

Inspired by new Hampshire animistic and shamanic traditions, this guided Nature Therapy Walk at the Barn Door Hostel invites you to explore the interconnectedness of life as you move gently through the woods and by the river. Participants will learn to identify local flora and fauna, receive educational insights, and engage in mindfulness practices that promote reflection and presence. You can expect an opening circle, opportunities for reflection, nature education, and a closing share. What to bring: weather-appropriate clothing, water, a small journal (optional), and an open heart and mind. We look forward to walking with you.
